Despite the 800 mile round trip drive, I am happy that I discovered Wyoming Valley BMW during my extensive 3 month search for a gently used 2021 BMW X3 XDRIVE30I. Although I would prefer to horse trade, the discovered Wyoming Valley BMW during my extensive 3 month search for a gently used 2021 BMW X3 XDRIVE30I. Although I would prefer to horse trade, their one-price, no haggle strategy saved me at least $2,200 compared to any other dealerships within my 500 mile radius search, including an identical model less than 100 miles from home. Maurice Ledoux ( Sales ), Bill Zaleppa ( Business Manager ) and Cody Holdren ( BMW Genius [ electronic gadgetry explainer ] ) were all personable, but professional and efficient - I was in with a trade-in and driving away in my X3 in 70 minutes. I would not hesitate to it again. Be aware that if you intend to trade, you may get the very low end of your researched trade-in value, but their sales pricing should easily compensate. Oh, and sales pressure or the push for options ( up charges )? Relax; there was none of that - and that made my experience worth all of the driving. More

I purchased a certified Bmw x5 from them and Nothing was done as far as cleaning and detailing the vehicle, The first Owner information was still in the console, There was stains on the carpet and hair in t done as far as cleaning and detailing the vehicle, The first Owner information was still in the console, There was stains on the carpet and hair in the Vehicle from the last owner/operator, Someone buffed and put touch up paint on areas of the vehicle and it looks like they painted the front bumper, Its gonna take me 2k to get this vehicle together with interior shampoo the leather and carpet and paint correction with ceramic coating, If I had to do it all over again with this dealership I would choose not to do business with them, The Sales Guy Ben was ok but needs a little more training in the sales field, General Sales Mgr 2 stars and Finance Mgr I would give 5 stars, I give ben 4 stars because at one point him and I would was shouting at each other on the phone because I am not with anyone talking at me, But once we got pass that moment Ben has been on point even after selling the car with his communication. I give 0 stars to their inspection and detail department, its obvious they have idiots in that department...... More
