This dealership’s service department, in my opinion, is doing some unethical things when it comes to the vehicle warranty. No matter what issue comes up, that SHOULD be covered under warranty, they refuse doing some unethical things when it comes to the vehicle warranty. No matter what issue comes up, that SHOULD be covered under warranty, they refuse to honor it. Of the 3 issues I’ve taken them, they refused to do the work unless I would pay for it out of pocket. Yet, the car is STILL under factory warranty. It may possibly be discrimination, so we’re working to figure that out. Meanwhile I have to file formal complaints. More
