He then very meticulously explained every detail on the car while we stood out in the cold of night. Even the next day when i couldn't figure out a few tiny details...he was immediately available. Most of my dealings were with Jeremie Montgomery. He did a great sales job on getting me into the BMW X5 Diesel model. When I started looking for a new vehicle I had no intention of buying a diesel but thr a great sales job on getting me into the BMW X5 Diesel model. When I started looking for a new vehicle I had no intention of buying a diesel but through knowledge provided to me by Jeremie I was convinced that I would like the diesel and that it was a better deal financially. To make a long story short my experience from decision, design order and delivery was outstanding and I have to give all the credit to Jeremie. He kept in touch and genuinely made me feel like he cared about my purchase. He went through everything I needed to know about the vehicle when I picked it up yesterday. I love the vehicle. The color Mineral green is unique and the dark brown interior is beautiful. This is my first BMW but I know it won't be my last. More

Not only did he call me to see the car the minute it arrived but he also came in on his day off (and he is the father of young children) to go through the car "soup to nuts" with me. I could not endorse Derek or Bill Dodge BMW more highly. It is not easy to find this kind of service in the industry today.
