Jeff took good care of me when I brought my BMW M240i in for brake fluid service and a malfunctioning right-rear turn signal. The car was nearly due for an oil change so he threw that in too (everything wa for brake fluid service and a malfunctioning right-rear turn signal. It was easy to set an appointment at a reasonable date and time, the service took a reasonable amount of time to complete, and getting and returning a loaner car was easy. Overall, great! More

Scheduled a 10,000 routine maintenance and Mindy was very accommodating and returned phone calls immediately. Had a tight window (I have a two hour drive) and Mindy made a last minute change possible. Totall accommodating and returned phone calls immediately.
