Great Purchase Experience I had the good fortune of dealing with Veronica Tran in the purchase of a certified pre-owned 435 convertible. The process occurred over 3 weeks as I I had the good fortune of dealing with Veronica Tran in the purchase of a certified pre-owned 435 convertible. The process occurred over 3 weeks as I was looking at other cars and preferred to buy closer to home (Chicago). Veronica was patient but stayed in touch during this period and ultimately I decided to make the trip to St. Louis. Veronica made the extra effort of picking me up at my downtown hotel and driving me the 20+ miles to the dealership so I didn't have to take a long taxi ride. She was then very patient and helpful as a couple of unforeseen issues with the car were satisfactorily handled. Her coordination on these issues was excellent as were the efforts of the others involved; the detailing gentleman and the service department. After a quick and easy closing process with Bob Whay and then a run through with the BMW Genius staff (also very nice), Veronica presented the car with a giant red bow and a gift of chocolates.
