Ultimate Customer Service Meets Ultimate Driving Machine I purchased my BMW 7-Series from BMW of West St. Louis remotely, from out-of-state, sight-unseen. This took a huge leap of faith from me, given I did I purchased my BMW 7-Series from BMW of West St. Louis remotely, from out-of-state, sight-unseen. This took a huge leap of faith from me, given I did not have the opportunity to drive, see and experience my prospective new car in-person, since I live about 2,000 miles from the dealership. Without fail, every single person from the dealership with whom my son and I came in contact displayed a commitment to excellent customer service that has been refreshing. While it may sound like a cliche, I can attest that with BMW of West St. Louis, "commitment to customer service" it is true, and it is just their way of doing business. Admittedly, there were a couple of issues that came up that could have been a problem at a lesser dealership. But at BMW of West St. Louis, they took these situations and turned them into opportunities to do the right thing and treat my son and me like they sincerely appreciate us as customers and they appreciate us spending out hard-earned dollars in their business.
