I’m giving one star again because this situation is frustrating they be canceling the appointment for my wife 2022 bmw x4 and rescheduling again for 3 more weeks I’m already waiting one month to get th frustrating they be canceling the appointment for my wife 2022 bmw x4 and rescheduling again for 3 more weeks I’m already waiting one month to get the car fix they said they no have loaner car available they give me a day for the loaner and then after 3 weeks waiting they cancel and re schedule to this month and I’m talk to the secretary and explain that car have safety issues so anything happens to my wife driving that car the dealer be responsible i hope in the future service department be better and more efficient responsible for all the customers thank you have nice day More

I always have an unpleasant experience each and every time I go here. I find that they pick and choose which customers they're going to provide acceptable customer service to while making the remainder f time I go here. I find that they pick and choose which customers they're going to provide acceptable customer service to while making the remainder feel inadequate and uncomfortable. I have been going there for over 5 years & unfortunately there is no other BMW service center in my local area. I have never received a coupon, car wash voucher, complimentary key chain, or even have my fluids topped off on service visit. In talking to other customers I became aware that they do receive these types of service as well as pleasant attitudes while I constantly received the opposite. And speaking to my peers that also have BMWs they have found alternatives to going to the specific dealership to service their vehicle because of the way the staff interacts and treats most customers especially if you are not a older Caucasian male from what i observed.. 10+ year customer very disappointed with Service Dept. Wrote down Service Advisor's description of work to be performed. Once work was completed, it was approximately $1,200 higher than expected. Was told by another Service Advisor I should question the invoice. Was informed by Service Mgr. they record telephone calls so he would research this then call me back. One week later I had to call. Was left a message that amount paid was correct. Still waiting for return call so I can listen to the telephone call. Service Dept has done a poor job building any loyalty or trust here. I suggest getting any service quote in writing. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, More
Jason this morning was very welcoming and made my process very easy with getting my car in for detail this morning. I was in an out in 5 minutes and my shuttle was waiting for me outside. Sloppy service work and poor customer service. Brought my M4 in for 10,000 mile service and check engine light came on within 80 miles. Emailed them and Erica said someone would contact me. Found loose engine components /engine trim cover askew upon opening hood. I am taking to another dealership to have checked out. Also contacting BMW USA Will never return More
Save yourself a ton of money and do not go here!! I brought my BMW here it’s nothing but a bunch of salesman and I actually waited to see what they were going to do with my car and they left it in the brought my BMW here it’s nothing but a bunch of salesman and I actually waited to see what they were going to do with my car and they left it in the parking lot the whole entire time and then when I called and said something about the fact that my car hadn’t even been brought into the service bay to be looked at they then pulled in around mabye 20 minutes and brought it out washed and vacuumed and charge me $175 and wrote up a report that said they found nothing related to my concern but they recommend that I change those part and that part I went to another top-of-the-line mechanic who Only charged me $99 for the hour and that was a specialty import car mechanic and they told me what was wrong w my car!! these people did absolutely nothing when I thought that they were my last hope and I thought that if nobody else in the world could figure out what was wrong with my car of course BMW would be able to figure it out right? Absolutely not I pushed my car to go all the way to West Springfield when it was acting up the people were just downright rude took my money and told me nothing!!only charged me $99 for the hour and that was a specialty import car mechanic these people did absolutely nothing when I thought that they were my last hope and I thought that if nobody else in the world could figure out what was wrong with my car of course BMW would be able to figure it out right? Absolutely not I pushed my car to go all the way to West Springfield when it was acting up and the people were just downright rude took my money and told me nothing!! Worst experience ever!! More
5 Stars. Highly recomended BMW of West Springfield is arguably the best dealership around when it comes to customer service. I worked with Finance Manager Amrinder, he took upon BMW of West Springfield is arguably the best dealership around when it comes to customer service. I worked with Finance Manager Amrinder, he took upon himself and left no stone un-turned to get a 5 year old document from archives for getting my registration. I can't say enough about how many follow-up and detailed communication he did to keep me informed. This is a 5 start dealership and I'd highly recommend these folks. More
