I’m giving one star again because this situation is frustrating they be canceling the appointment for my wife 2022 bmw x4 and rescheduling again for 3 more weeks I’m already waiting one month to get th frustrating they be canceling the appointment for my wife 2022 bmw x4 and rescheduling again for 3 more weeks I’m already waiting one month to get the car fix they said they no have loaner car available they give me a day for the loaner and then after 3 weeks waiting they cancel and re schedule to this month and I’m talk to the secretary and explain that car have safety issues so anything happens to my wife driving that car the dealer be responsible i hope in the future service department be better and more efficient responsible for all the customers thank you have nice day More

I was actively engaged in purchasing; I called the day before and left a message for the Salesperson in the early morning, and I also contacted the General Manager in the afternoon, but no one got back to before and left a message for the Salesperson in the early morning, and I also contacted the General Manager in the afternoon, but no one got back to me. Finally, I received a call from the salesperson the next day who answered my questions, and I said OK, what are the next steps I am interested in purchasing? I gave them my trade-in information, and they called the bank for a payoff and said they would e-mail the numbers. A few hours later, I inquired about the final numbers and was told that someone was there actively pursuing the same car, and the numbers had not been put together yet. And they will let me know once they leave. Is this how this dealer treats potential new customers? Funny, when I went to a test drive, they asked me how they could earn my business. That's not the way to do it. Stay far, far away from this one! No respect! More

An excellent dealership and one of the best BMW dealers in the Northeast with whom I have dealt. Jason Gunn is an outstanding General Sales Manager: he dealt with me in a genuinely engaging manner, asked pertinent questions and listened carefully to my answers and my own questions, and left me feeling we had struck a deal that was fair and informed. He assigned Tiago Dias as my salesman, and I was not only impressed by Tiago's friendly manner but more importantly by his very extensive knowledge of the car in which I was interested, a 2018 740e: he knew and explained a huge number of details, and I was especially impressed by his knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, hybrid and electric vehicles. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a salesman--or a dealership--as well versed on new technology. I've also dealt with Ed Zawacki, the Parts Manager, and he went more than the extra mile to supply me with a full spare tire kit for my new car even though the kit itself had been discontinued (he assembled all the necessary parts, in record time, and left me a very pleased and grateful customer). I can't rate the Service Department yet because I am still waiting for them to correct a few electrical problems I have had since I bought the car--typical BMW issues such as the trunk opening on its own and a defective Smart Key--but I hope to revise this review shortly if and when the issues are corrected to my satisfaction. Overall, highest marks for a dealership in which key individuals such as Jason, Tiago and Ed deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. I recommend them without reservation to anyone interested in a new or used BMW, and especially a hybrid or electric! More
