So, we went on cars.com and found the perfect GMC Yukon XL at an excellent price. I checked all of the sales representatives and saw that Jose Martell had the best reviews which I always go by. After arriving at the dealership, Jose took us by the hand and walked us through the entire process. He made sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of our experience in purchasing our new vehicle. I'm glad I did. This dealership - and especially my salesman Jose - really went the extra mile! I wasn't sure that I would buy a new car that day but Jose put together a deal that worked perfectly for me. I had a little miscommunication with financing but Jose stepped in and resolved that promptly to my satisfaction. I love the car and had a very positive purchase experience.
