Had a fantastic car buying experience with Olga G at BMW West this past Saturday !!! Olga took such great care of every little detail and managed to remove all the stress out of this process!! the service dept. is horrible. i have been trying to get some warranty work done for over a month. My sales advisor will not respond. After complaining for 2 weeks my service advisor finally called back sim some warranty work done for over a month. My sales advisor will not respond. After complaining for 2 weeks my service advisor finally called back simply to lie to me about the process. this is by far the worst experience ive had with any dealership. needless to say i will not give them any more of my money!!!! More
