The experience with Crystal Ocasio, Baba (Sales Manager) and Kenneth (finance) has been superb. I was scheduled to test drive a X3. However by the time I got to the dealership, the X3 was sold. He was very knowledgeable, personable and overall very focused on providing the best information for me to make a decision. Crystal followed up the next day with a very competitive quote for another 530i I had liked. The entire process from that point on till we agreed on the trade-in value & total price for the car was very amiable and reasonable. I was dreading the finance section of the transaction. Kenneth was excellent in his approach and customer orientation. I have had many bad experiences with finance depts at dealerships selling very good cars. Ken was very focused on explaining the various documents I was signing and answering my questions on additional services - with no pressure sales tactics to push unwanted warranties. I really enjoyed the experience. All of them should be commended for their work ethic and customer focus. More

He made sure when I found the ONE he held onto it, and tried to reserve it as long as he could for me. When it came down to it, I was able to walk away with the most amazing family car I could ever want, keeping my little one safe, my fiance protected, and having a great luxurious ride. This far by far the worse experience I’ve had at any dealership. The VERY same day I drove off the dealership I got a message on the car to contact roadside assistance, I then sent a picture to my sales dealership. The next day the check engine light comes on he tells me to bring it back in and an advisor will look at it. Well I work during the week so I wasn’t able to bring it in, I would have to wait until the weekend to bring it. I was planning on bring the car in on Saturday but Friday I’m driving and I noticed the lights wouldn’t turn on in the car, I advised him of that too he said no problem bring it we’ll check it out but before weekend the car stopped in the middle of me driving and wouldn’t turn back on. The car had towed to BMW. The next day they told me to come pick up the car and assured me that it was just the battery, it was drained from transporting it from Germany. I even spoke with the advisor manager he assured me that they did an inspection on the car and it passed so I had nothing to worry about. Only for it to happy the next day again. Mind you this is 2023 X6 that was customized. This time they gave me a loaner car that was fine until it started pouring down raining I turn on my windshield wipers THE BLADE is missing on the driver side. I ended up hitting a curb! I had to pull over and wait 30 minutes before I could drive again. It would’ve been worse, I honestly could’ve killed myself because of BMW carelessness! It’s been over two weeks they have had my car and the car is only three weeks old. I would not recommend BMW to anyone. This is a 2023 I shouldn’t be having any issues with this car and I haven’t even had the car a month now. More

Stay away! Plain and simple. There are other BMW dealerships that are more honest and respectful of your time. My story: Was looking for the X5 and found Plain and simple. There are other BMW dealerships that are more honest and respectful of your time. My story: Was looking for the X5 and found that BMW West Houston had one in stock and in the color that I wanted. Called on Friday night (10/14/22) right before closing time and spoke to a salesman who confirmed that the vehicle was still on the lot and was available for purchase. Perfect! We scheduled an appointment to come in at 9:30 AM Saturday (10/15/22) to look at the vehicle. Saturday morning comes and we drive the 40+ mins to get there and meet with the sales rep. The sales rep then informs us that “the vehicle was sold on Friday…but since I have you in here why don’t you look at some of the other cars I have!” Oh really? The vehicle that you promised was available was sold in the 5 minutes between us calling and your store closing on Friday night? And even if that was remotely true, don’t you think you should call and tell us rather than have us waste our time driving out to your location for nothing? Nope. We got up and walked right out. It is unbelievable that BMW West Houston cares so little about your time and would try to pull this stunt…would just say anything to get us in the door and hope that we would still buy from them? No way. So my advice to any potential buyer? Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other dealerships to buy from. Find a place that is honest and isn’t trying to pull a fast one on you. More

Both of them are very hard working persons. They work hard to gain customer satisfaction. They do their best to have a smile on your face. They made my purchase experience smooth and easy. All the paperwork has been done upfront to save me waiting time. The car was ready upon my arrival. They kept their word for everything they promised to do for me. I did place an order for my BMW X3. All options ordered were accurate, the color I wanted, not a single mistake. Every time I go there, I’ve been treated with respect and smile on the face. I am in medical sales field and I do value customer service anywhere I go. BMW west houston, is a great location where you get fair and nice treatment. You feel that they value you as a customer, from the moment you step in the facility. I just had my license plate done on Saturday.
