However, I wish the finance agent was a bit more understanding and flexible when I asked for the paperwork to be reprinted after identifying that my name was misspelled. Only a couple of forms were reprinted and I was advised to keep signing the rest of the paperwork with the wrong name on it. I felt very uncomfortable to do it but proceeded anyway in order to move forward… Also, when it comes to add-on services, it would be great if the team doesn’t insist so much when a customer has already declined a service. I felt uneasy to keep saying no multiple times for the same thing. We were very courteous and respectful to each other the whole time. Other than this, the experience was good and we love our new car! More
