Honestly, one of the best car shopping experience I’ve had. The moment I walked into the door, I was immediately greeted and welcomed. Lauren was the best car saleswoman in the game! I’ve approached many dealerships over the 3 week span search for vehicles. Many were adamant on getting my car traded in along with providing financial options. However, I realized they were too pushy with little substance to offer. Days would go by and no follow up email or information when asked to be provided. Lauren handled everything calmly and professionally. Nowhere in the sale did I feel rushed or pushed (except maybe when she persuaded me to get the xdrive version :)). I had a problem with my brand new car 8 days into ownership. Took it back to dealer and they had the car for a month. They gave me a loaner car for the whole time they had my new car. As it turned out, the defective part was on backorder but they managed to find the part at another dealer, had it shipped to them and had the car repaired the next day.
