Took my 1 series for an oil change, new battery, alignment and repair of a dented rim. All services were done but my issue was the lack of communication. I had to follow up for a status update and t alignment and repair of a dented rim. All services were done but my issue was the lack of communication. I had to follow up for a status update and they kept my vehicle for almost two weeks because the vendor they use to repair the rim is offsite. That is something they don’t tell you and not to mention the vendor likely has to take the rim off site which essentially guarantees you won’t receive your vehicle back until the following week since they only visit the dealership once a week. For a larger dealership in the Tampa area I was disappointed. I do like the video they provide highlighting the issues with the vehicle. More
