I’ve been having a problem with my air conditioner for 3 months and it took 2 visits and $600 that could’ve been fixed the first visit. They also upcharged every part they used in my car. They charged me $300 for just spraying something in my air conditioner to take out the smell. There was mold and mildew that made my throat itch like crazy. They also charged me for 5 hours of labor when it only took them 2. More

pleased except one thing, I got my bill and review of the vehicle upon completion of the scheduled work, and no update during the visit and nothing was mentioned at checkout so paid the bill. Drove 2 hr roun vehicle upon completion of the scheduled work, and no update during the visit and nothing was mentioned at checkout so paid the bill. Drove 2 hr round trip home and read documentation hooked to the receipt, The vehicle will require further attention for coolant, power steering fluid and windshield wiper fluid. This would have been nice to know while we were there to avoid another appointment and 2 hr round trip drive. More
