Took my vehicle in for 9:30 apt ,was told apt would take 3 hours. My assigned associate was not available, told associate that took info I needed to pick car up between 1:30 and 2 due to my husband's work s 3 hours. At 11:15 my associate James called to say I needed new front tires and alignment. You don't carry my tires at this location and I know this from having a previous tire replaced but apparently James who works there doesn't know what you carry and what you don't. At 2 I texted to see why my car wasn't ready and was informed they had just sent someone to get my tires 3 hours after they knew they needed changed and my car wouldn't be ready till 5. This is not the first time James has kept my car all day for repairs that were quoted to take far less time. I do not appreciate my car being held hostage due to poor time management by your service department. Also my husband had to miss work hours due to this. I also had to go at 5 during peek traffic hours which I try to avoid and cancel other plans. I have been to other BMW dealerships and had great service but I think I will travel the extra time from now on due to mini of Wesley chapel's disrequard for people's time and added stress to my day off. Also the next day I was sent a email saying I missed my appointment, which obviously I did not considering I paid almost 800 dollars to have my car repaired. More

Marc arranged a driver to pickup and deliver my car the same day requested for service. My car was also washed, I’m happy to have a BMW dealer in the neighborhood and I no longer have to go to reeves. Than same day requested for service. I am a long time customer of about 9 yrs. What you have done to Mini is horrible. Booting them out and taking over while you build BMW isn't right. Wesley Chapel listens to customers and as a result solves problems that others brush off. Most recently ii was a convertible top that would not go up and I had been told by others to open the trunk and play problems that others brush off.
