I brought my BMW in for regular service at my appointment and that was 5 star service with Marc. He had a shuttle take me to a lunch spot and pick me up. I called a couple times and was not able to leave a message for the service team because the mailbox was full. The website also appeared to show inaccurate appointment availability and I confirmed that to be the case the 3rd time I called and spoke with the general operator. They passed a message on to the service team for me who called me back the next day. More
My experience was by far the worst. I drop my car off at 8:20am Friday to have a faulty SOS module replaced and wheel alignment done. Later that evening Jordan called stating that my car was ready for p/u. 8:20am Friday to have a faulty SOS module replaced and wheel alignment done. Later that evening Jordan called stating that my car was ready for p/u. I arrived at 6:25pm to pay and get my car. When I got into my car to start it the same indicator came on for the SOS. The reason why it was there in the first place. Now at this point is 6:40pm. I immediately got out my car and went to speak with Jordan. They took the car back into the shop to see what issue it was having. After 17 mins Jordan came to me with an explanation that the battery was not replaced because the mechanics were not aware the battery was there in the shop. Jordan told me they were working on it to give them a few mins to resolve it. It’s now 7:40 and literally 40 mins away from the time when I drop the car off. At this point I am furious by the competent mechanics for not test driving the car to see if everything was resolved and Jordan for not following up/communicating with the person working on the car. I demanded a loaner and told Jordan not to call me until the problem was resolved. This all took a week since they were also looking into a back light issue that they caused during the module change. The bottom line here is everyone from the service desk to the back shop drop the ball. Also, I wont even bring up my p/u experience. I will never again bring my business to this place. Rest assure that my work colleagues, friends, and family will know of my experience at this place. More
I brought in my Mini Cooper because the Che k engine light was on. I called and made an appointment. James was my costomer service advisor. Car drives great after multiple visits. Overall service was great. In my first visit, I had to change tires and paid for alignment, drive wasn’t right and had to bring it back the next day. Turns out the alignment wasn’t done right the first time. I complained about the leak on the roof and they replace the parts and tuned my car perfectly. Williams went above and beyond to repair my car. However, one day after taking the car back, the roof wouldn’t close at park and they had to send a tech to my office to “fix” it. It wasn’t much of a fix because the tech just drove slowly around my work parking lot. I’m actually worry about the function of the roof in long run because no logical explanation was given for why it was stuck. More
Told service what was wrong. Rear driver stop light not working. Also told service person error signal said problem with rear and pinion. Said could not replicate steering problem.
