Jordan was great. We had a couple hiccups during our last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. However, I would say that Jordan superb personality more than makes up for the deficiency. More

Excellent service however parts took much longer than expected to be received. I was without my car for more than one week. Not service related, but rather the parts department did not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product. Tomorrow will be 21 days since we started and they have not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product. Tomorrow will be 21 days since we started and they have had my vehicle in their possession for 2 days now and they STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE! More
