You’ve really destroyed this place. It used to be the best customer service now it’s the worst. You clearly don’t care about your MINI customers. I even messaged your GM and got nothing back. Service was incomplete (fluids not refilled during oil change) and somehow you lost my car for 30 minutes while I frustratingly waited and was ignored by Erika. More

Service was good. However, felt it was pricy. Also need to improve customer service. Asked for replacing coolant expansion tank, the price was $200 more than what was charged by other BMW dealers in Tampa to improve customer service.
