Although my car was forgotten for service and I had to call to follow up, the staff member handled the situation professionally and very apologetic. Friendly service. Fast turn around. But they completely missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Drove the car 100 miles from dealership and ended up on interstate roadside with total tire fail missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Edit: Eric and the management at BMW WC went out of their way to address our issues. After 2 months of work on our front differential (delayed due to supply chain issues) we have our beloved 650 back and in working order. As a result I have updated this review from 2 stars to 5! More
