I had my BMW X5 serviced at BMW Wesley Chapel earlier this week. I had a very positive experience throughout the process. The service advisor Harley was very nice and helpful. I like the dealership but I do not agree with the credit card fee they charge for using your credit card. How do they expect you to pay for a service bill that cost more than $4k? I really don’t understand card fee they charge for using your credit card. How do they expect you to pay for a service bill that cost more than $4k? I really don’t understand that fee when the Mercedes Benz Dealership and service department is right next door and they do not charge a credit card fee (my wife has a Mercedes Benz and took her car in for services). That really doesn’t make any sense! I was told my Driver Assist error message was due to the crack in my windshield (was filled), but after spending over $4,500.00 to replace the windshield I’m still getting the error message. So the crack in my windshield was not the reason for the error message? So what’s really wrong with my vehicle and why am I getting the error message? More
