Javier ensured that I got the soonest appointment available, and a loaner vehicle ready so I could make it to work on time. Since the replacement sensor had to be ordered, Javier kept me up-to-date on when my vehicle would be ready. When I picked-up my vehicle, it was clean inside and out thanks in part to Javier making sure that it was done.
