Ended up going with in house financing- I am on visa and my credit was not superb but they were able to get me a rate that beat my credit union. Dennis Smith was an absolute pleasure - by far the least pressured and most enjoyable buying experience I've ever had. Dennis is very knowledgable with a very low pressure sales approach that is reassuring. When looking for a new BMW 320 xi, he was able to nsearch through inventory to find the vehcile with the closest match to the features I wanted, then was always ready to answer questions by phone or email before the vehicle even arrived. I would strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a BMW, Dennis is a salesperson I can recommend without hesitation. More

All my questions were answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner. i made quite a few phone calls before and after getting my X1, and Dennis was there to answer all of them. He really took a great amount of time to go over the car in detail, so that I was comfortable with all of the aspects of the vehicle. I am still learning about it, as I am driving it, but I know that Dennis will be there if I need more help. Nothing else to say, except, ask for Dennis and you will not be disappointed! More
