Good service. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I love the service videos because it shows how thorough they are with inspections and safety. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the phone system is extremely annoying and time consuming. I haven’t been able to call and speak with a human in less than 15 minutes. I did opt to press 2 and hold my place in queue for a call back when it was my turn but only received a call back an hour and a half later. My service advisor is very friendly and helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service department staff and work. It’s just the phone system and difficulty reaching a human. I dread calling. I think there is lots of room for improvement there. I do use the BMW app but sometimes I just have a quick question or want just check vehicle status and it takes way too long via phone. More

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to schedule the service serviced at this dealership since I only recently moved to this area. Dealer Representative Manny Perez was very help in understanding the extensive work that had to be done on my 2014 528i x-drive BMW.
