Stress free This was a first vehicle purchase for our son who is newly stationed near Visalia. Ed and staff went above and beyond to make sure our son was comfortable with his purchase and that we, as parents, were also happy! We live in Florida and had flown in for the week. It's comforting to know that our son is in a safe, reliable car. We are leaving feeling much more at ease. We were also impressed with the gratitude that everyone in the dealership displayed when thanking our son for his service. While we were proud, he was humbled. The overall experience was amazing. Then when I contacted him and asked him to intercede on an issue I had with the service department (Steve and some other service advisor who's name I can't remember flat out LIED to me) he couldn't seem to find the time. Thanks a lot Ed. Go to out of town to buy a new BMW, and go to Bavarian Autohaus for out of warranty service. These guys don't deserve your business. More
