I was very pleased with the service. Mr. Fuentes was very friendly and helpful. I provided my information online and was quickly contacted. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to make visits to the dealer friendly and helpful. I provided my information online and was quickly contacted. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to make visits to the dealership therefore, most of the communication was done online and/or through phone calls. I provided them with my information and informed them of what I was looking for and what I could afford. Quickly I was contacted and options were presented to me. Only a couple of days later, I was notified that everything was prepared and all that was left for me to do was test drive the car. Upon my arival I was pleased with the hospitality and even more pleased to find that everything was prepared for me. I was quite happy with the choice and after a test drive and review of information, I drove off in a car of my liking. This experience was great!! More

I took my car into service, was charged $117 just to look at it and then was charged my deductible on top of it for repairs. When I confronted Vic Surroz about it he was not helpful and did not care one bit at it and then was charged my deductible on top of it for repairs. Will never use BMW of Visalia EVER AGAIN! and have also let my family and friends with BMW's not to go there!!!! They have agreed not to. More
Ordered an X6M from the factory. Apparently, salesman miscalculated the residual value and underestimated the monthly payment. However, the deal was reviewed by Vic Surroz, and the car was ordered. On day of scheduled delivery, salesman told me that they could not lease the car for the price that was agreed upon. I'm waiting for a refund of my deposit. More
I can't say how pleased I am with this dealership. Everyone was curteous, friendly, and helpful. Surroz BMW not only took the time to research and answer, they provided the official documentation I'd been told didn't exist and refused to charge me or even accept a tip.<br><br>Though the dealer is primarily Daimler/Chrysler products, their BMW service is second to none, and they make me wish I lived about 300 miles closer to them. They're fantastic. More
