I used BMW's website to spec the car I wanted, then I contacted my insurance agency for the dealer invoice information. I then contacted fleet managers around California for the best price. The dealerships that initially promised just a few hundred over invoice turned out to be lying-- they were not ready to order the car, they told me the model was unavailable, etc. Other dealers, when they learned that I wanted a 328i Xdrive sportwagon, tried to talk me out of the car, or said they would charge list. Mike Castro at BMW of Visalia was honest and straightforward from the beginning. He ordered precisely the car I wanted at a very reasonable price, kept me informed throughout the process, then delivered the car to my door in LA and took car of my leased vehicle, which was not a BMW, even repairing it at a very low price to save me wear and tear charges. I would wholeheartedly recommend BMW of Visalia to anyone in or outside the area for a new BMW. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new automobile. More
