My initial contact with this dealership was with Mallory via online inquiries. Mallory was very prompt in responding, professional and friendly. Shayne was also very professional but friendly and very helpful. He made my family and I feel welcome. Shayne was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and pointed out numerous items to me that I was not aware of. He made me like the vehicle even more than I already did. I then dealt with Brad regarding the financing. Brad too was very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing while we were waiting for the paperwork. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was friendly and helpful and did not waste much of your time which was appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove almost 2 hours to buy my vehicle there and I would drive 2 hours again now that I know the high level of customer service they provided. Two thumbs up. More

I knew enough about the car and after several conversations with Mike, Ed, and Mallory, I felt comfortable enough ordering the car for delivery based on what they were describing over the phone. Ed actually drove the car all the way to LA to my house! We signed papers at 9pm in the comfort of my living room. Now that's what I call service. I wish they were closer to me in LA as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for anything BMW. But too bad I'm in LA! My wife and I are thoroughly enjoying our Z4! More
