My BMW experience was the best car buying experience. Starting with Mallory Campbell in setting up my appointments and working around my hectic work schedule. Mr. Shayne Roberts, my sales Advisor was instrumental in introducing the BMW brand to me and working beyond close of business hours to have all of my questions answered. Mr. Roberts worked with my schedule to make sure that our meetings are always productive and not rushed. He offered me options and pretty much picked the best car that suits me best. Not only that we found a car that had the options I wanted, but we found THE car. To this day, Mr. Roberts still follows up with me. Mr.Mike Castro provided me the smoothest financial/paperwork process. He gave me the fairest deal on my trade-in. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the numbers we drew up. Mr. Castro pretty much set me up to drive home with a smile. Overall, the team was very genuine in the negotiation process; not once I felt haggled or pressured.
