Over the years I have purchased a number of cars from different dealerships. By far my experience at the Visalia BMW dealer ship has been the most enjoyable. Brad and Frank were awesome. Their team was extremely professional and accommodating. We met with Ed (Edward Fuentes) whom is an extremely knowledgeable BMW team member and our experience was beyond expectation. Ed was able to provide us with great pricing and options on an awesome 5 series BMW and we drove it home the same day! The whole process was very transparent and it was by far our best car shopping experience ever. Towards the end, Brad (GM) helped us through the paperwork process and our pleasant experience continued. I would certainly recommend them and their dealer over any other in the area. I met Shayne on my current purchase and am again please with BMW's approach to car sales. There is really no 'selling' the car at all. If you want to buy it, they will facilitate it. You won't get some overbearing pushy sales person who makes your experience unpleasant. You get a knowledgable individual who is there to accompany you thru the paperwork process and make sure your needs are met. This includes setting up any after purchase special requests, like tinting the windows or maybe adding accessories, or whatever. With BMW's Certified Pre Owned warranty, I know I'll be well taken care of at the dealership if any issue comes up. And with my service plan, I can happily drop off my car, enjoy my loaner, and get an oil change all included with my purchase!
