I had looked at other cars at other dealerships and left one because I believe the sales agent had just come back from a three martini lunch!! He really made a huge difference; I felt like he was taking care of me - not just pushing a car. He let me take it for a test drive and i LOVED the car. I had leased a Cadillac and they may all the arrangements for the switch for me - every thing was so easy! They gave me a good deal on my new lease and I am very, very happy with BMW of Visalia. I will now be a lifelong customer there. I have to take my new car in early next week to get the XM radio put it; they arranged for me to have an early appointment so I would not be late for work and a loaner to boot! We are returning customers, after six years of owning our first BMW decided it was time to upgrade to a 2014 model. We were very pleased with the customer service from Frank, during and after the sale. He has followed up with us to confirm our satisfaction of the car, and to make sure that we are welcome back at any time to answer questions on the vast options on the car. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Frank to others. Another reason that we stayed with the BMW vs other luxury cars is because of the local dealership and not having to drive an hour or more to get the car serviced. My very first experience I came for an X5 however at the time, I was not financially ready to make that purchase so Ed drove up with a 5 series that I absolutely fell in love with at first sight! Ofcourse, he made it possible for me to walk out with my very first BMW with such a pleasant experience and no pressure to purchase but I couldn't resist the beauty of owning a BMW. Anyway, two years later, I moved to the Bay Area and I drive by a BMW dealership everyday on my way to work and I always look at the lot to see if maybe one day I could upgrade to an X5 since that has been my dream vehicle! I still visit my family often in Visalia and every time my car needs service, I'm still very loyal to bringing it to Visalia BMW to maintain the service. My boyfriend and I stopped in one day while we were in Visalia, after a bubble in my tire we saw Mike Castro and he stopped to talk to us. Somehow we ended test driving the X5 and I fell in love with it all over again but we didn't make a purchase that day because I kept convincing myself I should wait a little longer. We came home that evening and I couldn't stop thinking about it! About a month later, I went to Visalia to visit my family and I knew my car needed an oil change so I made an appt. with the service dept. to bring in my car. The week before my appt. I text Ed Fuentes and let him know I will be bringing my car in for service and maybe he should play with some numbers for me with the finance team to see if I can make the X5 purchase if the numbers are right in the budget. That monday morning, I took my car in and met with Ed again and ofcourse he worked miracles and made my dream come true. Again, the repeat purchase was such a pleasant experience I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! I walked out with my dream vehicle, 2013 BMW X5 Premium Black on Black and just beautiful!!!!!! I am in love with my purchase and I would do it again and again! They truly treat you like family at Visalia BMW, what place do you know that will remember you by your first and last name, then to top it off know so much about you, your circumstances, and all the little details about what you shared during your first purchase??? I don't think most dealerships are that committed to their customers. I have to say, Ed and Mike are just simply amazing and they do a phenomenal job in making their customers happy. Let me say one last thing, I have so much confidence and trust in BMW of Visalia that I have Ed and Mike personal cell phone numbers saved in my contacts!
