Having previously owned a BMW that we had purchased from our local BMW dealership, BMW of Visalia, we decided to start looking there. Our shopping experience could not have been better. From start to finish, Client Advisor Frank Acosta and General Manager Miguel Castro could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The car had been detailed prior to our second visit and all documentation (Carfax, etc.) clearly explained. Negotiating a fair price was based on comparably equipped vehicles available in our area with a definite advantage being offered by Visalia. What really set our experience apart from past car buying adventures was found in the financing. With Frank and Miguel working with Bob Olsen, Bob was able to secure financing that will save us an estimated $2000 over the life of the loan. In short, they found us a better loan rate than the one we went to the dealership with! I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Vic Surroz after finalizing our paperwork and I thanked him. I have never had a better car buying experience. They truly went out of their way to help us! More
