Outstanding Customer Service I was recently traveling through Tuscaloosa, AL when a rock hit my ac condenser on my new X5 so I took my vehicle to Townsend to have it repaired. Although my car was only 10 days old, this wasn't a warranty issue but the GM was able to convince BMW to cover the cost. During the process of having the car repaired, I was able to interact with the most professional and courteous staff that I have ever encountered at a car dealership. Most notable was Donna Barnett, my service advisor. She was outstanding and I would recommend that anyone who visits this dealership ask for her personally. More
