Yes! First my advisor did not see me until have an hour after my appointment time. Then my car was not finished until almost 4 hours later! It was not eve First my advisor did not see me until have an hour after my appointment time. Then my car was not finished until almost 4 hours later! It was not even washed! I was charged a $25 "misc fee" that I was not made aware of when the advisor first met with me. Then I clearly see the advisor is overwhelmed (I guess he was new) but yet the Manager is in her office on the computer just smacking her gum instead of offering to help her team. I did not have to discuss as I was already late to pick up my son from but I am very disappointed! More
