I had service completed on my vehicle. The dealership waiting area is clean and had many distractions to keep you occupied. I however took advantage of their free shuttle. BMW X5 making whistling nose at idle otherwise runs great. Had 9:30 Thursday appointment and of course would not make noise. Said I would bring it back in when making sound. Service recommend leaving it because it could be serious. Called at 12:00 noon Tuesday and they had not even touched vehicle. Told them I would be picking it up immediately and would bring back if and when the noise returned which is what I wanted to do in the first place. With 5 now 4 BMWs we spend 5k to 10k a year in the service department. However; it seems the older the vehicle the less caring and priority given. I would love to upgrade but not into a hybrid and ugly designed car I wouldn't want to be seen in. More
