There was an issue with the sunroof and the 5 year extended warrantee would not cover it so the dealership took care of it. I had service completed on my vehicle. The dealership waiting area is clean and had many distractions to keep you occupied. I however took advantage of their free shuttle. The driver was kind and we made it to my home without an issue. Jake, my service specialist was in constant communication via text. They sent a video tour of my undercarriage and pointed out issues that might need to be addressed in the future. Overall I am very satisfied with my trip to the dealership. Thanks More

BMW X5 making whistling nose at idle otherwise runs great. Had 9:30 Thursday appointment and of course would not make noise. Said I would bring it back in when making sound. Service recommend leaving it because it could be serious. Called at 12:00 noon Tuesday and they had not even touched vehicle. Told them I would be picking it up immediately and would bring back if and when the noise returned which is what I wanted to do in the first place. With 5 now 4 BMWs we spend 5k to 10k a year in the service department. However; it seems the older the vehicle the less caring and priority given. I would love to upgrade but not into a hybrid and ugly designed car I wouldn't want to be seen in. More

If you are shopping for a waste of time and zero communication these guys got it all. Was rushed in after agreeing to numbers, just to find they sold the car. I have been a BMW customer for over 20 years. Initially I bought and leased BMWs because they were excellent cars, but back then the service left a lot to be desired. In the last several years, though, BMW has stepped up their game and their service, from sales to service, is now stellar. I am particularly grateful to Ernie Buck, who has helped through several leases and now a purchase. More
