Very polite and the car photos were very informative; the lounge area is also fine, although I couldn't connect to your Wifi, so I had to use my cell phone hot spot - 9 out of 10 score. More

Jose Santiago was polite/knowledgeable and set my expectations - he told me it would take 2 hours for the routine service, and it was 1 hour and 55 mins. I was hoping it would take more like 1-1.5 hours, so that's my only issue - thanks - Tom Williams.
