20k Service I recently had my 20 K service preformed (basically an oil change). Facility was clean and employees friendly. I told the manager I would be waiting I recently had my 20 K service preformed (basically an oil change). Facility was clean and employees friendly. I told the manager I would be waiting since I live over an hour away. The waiting room was equipped with nice chairs, tv and cool water. The time estimates was very accurate and work done correctly. While waiting I have a chance to check out several new models in the showroom. I was called to review my invoice, which was accurate, paid my bill and on my way in my now clean car. More

Incomplete Service I had an appointment to replace the cabin filter and oil change. After waiting over a half hour I was told the service department was out of oil filte I had an appointment to replace the cabin filter and oil change. After waiting over a half hour I was told the service department was out of oil filters. I live 30 miles from Topeka so I should have received a phone call to reschedule. I was there a total of 2 and 1/2 hours to have the cabin filter changed and the brake fluid flushed. Now, I have to make another appointment to go back and have the oil changed. I had an oil change once before at this dealership and it took longer than I expected, but I will try them one more time. It is unfortunate that I this survey will not allow you to submit your rating without checking yes/no for recommending them. I would rather try them again before before having to give an opinion. Employees are polite and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. More
