The check engine light had come on over the weekend in our 16 328i and they were able to get it right in Monday morning and had diagnosed the error co The check engine light had come on over the weekend in our 16 328i and they were able to get it right in Monday morning and had diagnosed the error code and tested the components and had the car all cleaned up and back to me by 11 am with a comprehensive explanation of the error code and what steps they completed and how it all tested normal and they have recorded this incident so that should any of the affected components ever fail for as long as I own the car, it's a covered expense. The car had been washed and vacuumed and looked great too. This BMW dealership has always taken good care of me and my car and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to give them our business. More
Never get updates even when I call, took 3 weeks to get vehicle diagnosed. Couldn’t even tell me cost it would take to fix it. I notified BMW days before that I would pick up my vehicle and when I came to vehicle diagnosed. Couldn’t even tell me cost it would take to fix it. I notified BMW days before that I would pick up my vehicle and when I came to get it, it wasn’t put together. They just put the parts in my backseat and now my car smells like engine oil. I’ll just get it repaired somewhere else. More

Totally Forgotten I went in for a recall repair and was given no information on the repair or the time to repair it not even a phone call. When I made the call to them, I went in for a recall repair and was given no information on the repair or the time to repair it not even a phone call. When I made the call to them, couldn't reach my service rep, had to wait for a return call. When she returned my call nothing, no apology nothing, just said my vehicle was ready. when I got there she was again busy and handed me over to another rep. who simply had me sing the vehicle out and walked me to the vehicle and that was it. The paper was full of "stuff' not sure if this is work that was done or needed to be done. They removed my oil change sticker so I am not sure if I am overdue or not. And now they ask for a "rating"? POOR service and maybe because I don't bring my 2013 BMW X5 to them all the time I'm not as important as the regulars, very disappointed. More
Multiple repairs made in one visit to my satisfaction. I brought my vehicle in to have new tires mounted and aligned. I also needed to have some brake work done including resurfacing my rotors. Very expensive I took my 2018 BMW 430i here for an oil change service. I typically do not use dealer shops as they tend to be higher priced. I knew going here I wa I took my 2018 BMW 430i here for an oil change service. I typically do not use dealer shops as they tend to be higher priced. I knew going here I was going to pay a little more but felt it was worth it to have my BMW serviced properly. First, they said the air filter and cabin air filter needed to be changed as well as the brake fluid. I declined due to the cost each air filter installed was over $100! I priced original BWW filters from online sites and found them much cheaper and installation is not difficult. I felt $50 in labor to change an air filter that is a 5 min job is excessive. After waiting an hour for the oil change, (which I had an appt. for) I was told that I was almost due for a spark plug change. The quote was $40 per plug and over $300 in labor for this. Once home I looked into plugs and found that the original Eq plugs can be purchased for $10 each and the install is not difficult. I will take care of that myself as well. Then once I was driving away I noticed they did not reset the service light which they charged me $20 to hook up to the machine to do. BTW I reset that myself with no machine! Bottom line is the service they did was mostly done, and I expected to pay a little more to have done there, but after this visit I will choose to have non-warranty service done elsewhere, as they are not slightly higher they are much higher for basic services that can be completed elsewhere just as well for less money.
