Oil change I had an excellent experience. I was welcomed when I arrived and directed to a very comfortable waiting area where I was offered free water, pop or sn I had an excellent experience. I was welcomed when I arrived and directed to a very comfortable waiting area where I was offered free water, pop or snacks. I had plenty of room to spred out and do some work using their WIFI. I was in and out in a short period of time and they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. I was certainly suprised and will definitely return. More
Pleasant visit and professional service Every time I’ve been to this dealership for any reason it’s been a pleasant experience, from the genuinely nice sale staff to the great service depart Every time I’ve been to this dealership for any reason it’s been a pleasant experience, from the genuinely nice sale staff to the great service department. When I drop off my car for service and need a ride to work they get me there on time and I’ve never had to wait or been made late to work. They pick me up and bring me back to get my car and it’s nice and clean and even smells nice inside. The service department personnel have always been patient and answered all questions I’ve had with informed and honest answers. I have found everyone I have spoke to at this dealership to be very personable and pleasant to interact with. If I decide to buy another BMW I will go here and I will continue to have my car serviced here. More

Buyers Remorse We purchased our first BMW from this dealership and regretted it within a week of the purchase. We were promised the moon regarding service moving for We purchased our first BMW from this dealership and regretted it within a week of the purchase. We were promised the moon regarding service moving forward and have been given "excuses" for their total lack of regard for our time. Each time I call, I get put on hold, disconnected, or get voice mail. On the rare occasion that I get to speak to someone in the correct department, I have been given inaccurate information. There seems to be no communication between departments or even within the same department. On more than one occasion, I was told that someone would call me back, and it didn't happen. I spent more time following up on them than they have invested in providing service for my brand new BMW. At this point we plan to drive to Kansas City to see if we get better service. We will not be a repeat customer and wish we had a "do over" for this mistake. More

Fantastic experience! 5 STARS, NO doubt!! I have purchased a number of cars over the years and, like most people, have had one or more issues once the car and I leave the dealership. NOT with I have purchased a number of cars over the years and, like most people, have had one or more issues once the car and I leave the dealership. NOT with Topeka BMW/VW. They are, without a doubt, one of the finest dealers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I've purchased 2 new cars from them and have had all service done on both cars by them. Why wouldn't I? I mean, I've got warranties on both cars, right? Sure, but it's way more than that. We all want fewer hassles in our lives. Absolutely none with Topeka BMW/VW. Plus I know the service guys will get the work done right without causing any collateral problems. Peace of mind, one less thing to be concerned about. Plus, I like my car and I don't want it damaged when what I'm seeking is to keep it properly serviced and cared for so I can enjoy it to its maximum. This dealership, and the many fine women and men who work there selling and serving the products the dealership sells get the job done RIGHT! Bottom line, they're the best!!! More

I owe the technician an apology for not knowing his name but he is an excellent technician, perhaps the best BMW technician one could have. Rainer was nice in loaning me a car since I do not live in Topeka and my car was not going to be ready the same day because of the service recalls they had to fix. They are honest. I told them to fix my spotlights that weren't working. But Rainer came back to inform me that the lights were fine, and that I had inadvertently pushed the wrong button. If they were dishonest, they would have taken advantage of me and charged me. Great job, and thank you! I look forward to hearing from them to fix the remaining part of the service recall. Thanks to Melissa Reno for helping set up the initial appointment. More
