Always impressed I drive an hour to have my BMW taken care of. It's not always convenient for me to do this but John and the service team always make me glad I did. Recent service Ran in unannounced as a tire kept losing presssure. No muss/fuss, had a loaner in no time on a saturday evening. Excellent Service Experience I just had my 550 serviced due to N63 Customer Service package. I was very satisfied how Dave and Keith answered all my questions.
