We recently purchased a BMW X5 from Yark. Shortly after buying it, the water pump failed. When we took it to a BMW dealership for repair, we were told that a step had been missed during a pre Shortly after buying it, the water pump failed. When we took it to a BMW dealership for repair, we were told that a step had been missed during a previous water pump replacement — work that had been performed by Yark before the sale. Unfortunately, this prior repair wasn’t disclosed to us, and when we reached out to Yark about it, they declined to take responsibility or offer any assistance. We specifically chose to buy from a dealership like Yark to avoid issues like this, so the experience was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages Yark to be more transparent about pre-sale repairs. More

We are from South Carolina and our run flat rear tire failed on the Ohio Turnpike. We were in a panic as we were heading to our Grandson’s college football game on Saturday in East Lansing Michigan. We c failed on the Ohio Turnpike. We were in a panic as we were heading to our Grandson’s college football game on Saturday in East Lansing Michigan. We called the dealer and the team sprung into action. They were waiting for us when we arrived in the Tow truck. Even though it was just before closing time on a Friday, they had our tire switched and our SUV ready in 45 minutes. What great service and an awesome team. Every team member came and talked to us in the waiting area making sure we were OK. That included the parts department, service manager and office staff. Buy your BMW from this crew!! More
