I am the new family member to BMW and I have the worst experience with Kuni BMW service department service manager. I see he is the MOST not human. I just purchase a 2016 BMW i3 Range Extender and the whe experience with Kuni BMW service department service manager. I see he is the MOST not human. I just purchase a 2016 BMW i3 Range Extender and the wheel lug key missing. I really need to remove and replace if possible, He mention it is $180 for the lug key. I am willing to pay for it but he state on my 1st attempt on friday evening at 5pm, I can understand everyone leaving for the day so no mechanic can do the job. The next day Saturday I come back as a 2nd attempt, he come back out and state you can come back on another day we have no time for you today. I ask if he can help since my tires are bald and need to replace since I already schedule for new tires to put on same day. He state that he can get me in another day and no help at all. I feel a bitter in my mouth. I look up to another BMW dealership, BMW Portland. I arrived and not only I got a pleasant greeting they give me a discount and got the lug key for only $38. You know where I be going from now on for new BMWs and services. KUNI owner, your dealership is a joke and no human soul. I wouldn't review you any star at all but I must put in a 1 star. Very Dissatisfied and would never recommend anyone to your dealership. More
I work on boats up in Alaska so communication is normally by text . I texted Nathan in July about new rims and tires(specifically winter tires) and he handed me to Caleb. Caleb researched and answered every question I had and when we found the ones I wanted put a hold on them for me so as soon as they were available. I made my appointment from the boat and brought my car in Allen had my loaner car ready to go and I was on my way in 5 minutes. My car was finished the same day and again 5 minute pick up. Awesome service on what was a 3 month project of me asking questions, getting pricing, etc. More
Kuni makes everything easy for the Client/Customer and they care about there Cars. I really enjoyed my recent experience with Kory my Service Manager and I will be back next week to take care of some thin they care about there Cars.
