My service advisor, Joe Selander, is exceptional. He listened to my concerns and each was addressed by the service department - including clearing the fault codes. Whether or not it was the fault codes, my car drives better than when I bought it. Its horrible on-center directional stability and steering weight was addressed and has completely transformed the vehicle to what now feels like a proper M-series BMW. Additionally, the infotainment system responds quicker and functions flawlessly. The icing on the cake was Joe discovered a one-time use extended warranty refresh I was able to take advantage of that saved $100's on my bill. Exceptional service writer and fabulous service department. Five Stars. More

Had a not-so-good experience a number of years ago (2008 crashed my then new BMW) Needed an urgent repair done on my present (2015) BMW. Scheduled in for service department. Asked several times over a period of 4 days prior to coming in, to PLEASE CALL ME. Service Department would NOT call me. BUT - I started getting "Hounded" with numerous emails, text messages and calls from the SALES department, trying to sell me a new BMW! They got upset with me, when I would tell them "No Thank You" I'm NOT interested in downsizing into a smaller model and please don't call me anymore, unless it's your SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Felt like a bunch of sleazy used-car salesmen/women pouncing on a fresh kill like vultures. Finally found another Dealer with PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, out of town (150 miles away) and had the car towed to them, instead. More

I took my car in for scheduled service after warranty expired. The SA was very unresponsive and did not meet my expectations. I had to wait 20 minutes with no response from the SA during check-in. I was expired. The SA was very unresponsive and did not meet my expectations. I had to wait 20 minutes with no response from the SA during check-in. I was running late for my business meetings and had to leave the dealership. I tried calling the SA multiple times and always got voicemail. I sent text messages and got very slow responses (several hours later). I had to plan a trip to the coast and this poor response did not help me. My vehicle inspection report was not sent to me even after I asked for it and I was just informed my front tires needed to be replaced. I had to call 3 times to get a text message response. Tire pricing was much higher than Tirerack and I needed to negotiate it. It took an additional 2 days to get 2 tires mounted, balanced and aligned. Overall, I had a very poor experience with Kuni BMW service and I would NOT recommend it to any one. More
