Hello Cam, thank you for your feedback. We are certainly sorry that your experience with our team was not good. Our records indicate we had a Service appointment set up for you on September 12th for an issue with your diesel BMW and that the vehicle was going to be towed in from Bend, OR. You then called back and our team facilitated changing the appointment to September 23rd, but you did not come in for that appointment. We don't have a record of our sales team trying to contact you to sell you a new car, but apologies if there was some unwanted to communication, or if you did not get a timely call back from our service team. We would be happy to still help with your repair and try and turn around your experience with us. Our service manager has reached out to try and help, but without success. If you would be willing to give us more feedback, or if we can still help you in any way, please call us as 503-748-5494. We would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. There NEVER was an appointment "set" for September 12th. It was on that date that I CALLED IN to set the appointment for the 23rd. As far as communications with your SERVICE department, despite NUMEROUS calls and requests for a call back, I got nothing but "Crickets". Just "promises" from the receptionist. HOWEVER, your VULTURES in the SALES DEPARTMENT were calling daily, to try and convince me that I need to purchase a new X3! I even asked the one salesperson, to "Please walk down the hall and hand the phone to the service manager - I want to talk to THEM, NOT YOU." He hung up on me. How PROFESSIONAL...... Then, to see you twist the facts (aka: "LIE") here, only goes to prove more, that you and your arrogant staff, should not be in business.
