He demonstrated extreme patience and solid gold customer service in the way that he explained detailed information about my new vehicle, and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. Kuni is consistent in their outstanding service. They go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I have yet to NOT see a smiling and friendly face, whether it is Patti at reception, or Nick taking care of m the extra mile to keep customers happy. Kuni is truly incredible. Every single person I've run into/worked with there has been excellent. They are honest, friendly and welcoming. The first person I met when I set foot in Kuni was Patti Byrnes at the front desk. She is nothing short of incredible. She helped me get all the accessories I needed for my new car and was just extremely friendly and hospitable. I felt like I had made a friend in a mere 20 minutes! Patti was ultimately why I ended up returning to the dealer when my car needed quite a bit of servicing. She always takes great care of me. I have worked with both Nick Hongo and Lana Olsen in the service department. Again, really, really great people. They have taken really great care of me and my car. Both are extremely communicative, helpful and knowledgable. I feel like I've got a safety net in them. They can help you with just about anything and are there when you most need them. Last but not least, I want to mention their shuttle driver Paul. He's friendly, prompt and very helpful. He's a great guy and deserves some recognition. All my experiences at Kuni have been stellar. I can guarantee you that in the future when I need a new car, I'm going to be heading right on over there. I feel truly lucky to have such a great dealership and service department so convenient. And making clients happy. The customer waiting area is unmatched; and the loaner program is awesome! I almost wish my car would need service more often, just for that benefit. It all comes down to their philosophy of making customers happy. With arguably the best automotive line to offer, they back it up with a no-pressure sales team that is as excited about the products they sell and the service they provide as the clients are. From friendly greeters and reception area, to the knowledgable parts and service team, Kuni BMW exudes excellence. It ties in with the Joy you get from owning a BMW. There are many dealerships or repair shops to choose from, and Kuni BMW makes every effort to keep you coming back. My BMW RFT tire had a crack line appeared in the thread side and it was under road hazard warranty (1 year or first 2/32 of an inch). So I brought in to Kuni BMW serice (where I bought the car new) to have side and it was under road hazard warranty (1 year or first 2/32 of an inch). So I brought in to Kuni BMW serice (where I bought the car new) to have it inspected and replaced by Goodyear. After a couple days of wait for an appointment for a simple 5 minutes tire inspection, and a couple days of wait for Kuni's coordination/communication with Goodyear. I recieved an email from Kuni stating that the tire has no warranty, but if I want to pay the full price I can come by and get it replaced. Later I also received a call from Kuni stating that the tire has 6/32 of an inch wear so it is out of free warranty. Oh! goodness. I didn't believe what I heard because the car only had 6000 miles on it and it has not been driven aggressively. So I bought a thread depth guage and measured the thread wear myself, it shows 90% of remaining thread life (9/32 of an inch). To confirm what I found, I took the car to a far away Goodyear authorized service center and have them inspect the tire and they confirmed the tire was under road hazard warranty and was willing to replace the tire free of charge. I am not sure why Kuni's service department is such dishonest and unprofessional, but I am posting this comment online for the benefit of general consumers to be aware of service fraudulent practice by Kuni BMW service. More
