I have found the dealership to be a well-run organization where I count on the best sales and service team anywhere. On December 10, 2016 I purchased my sixth BMW from Kuni. During the sales process test drive, I noticed the "Service Engine Soon" light was on. So naturally, part of the sales and delivery negation included repairing the cause of the engine warning light. I drove the vehicle home that night to show my wife and intended to return the vehicle the next day. Well, the next morning the engine would not turn over. Kuni dispatched a person with a loaner vehicle for me. He jumped started my car and drove it to the dealership to be repaired. Kuni replaced the battery and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner, all at no charge! This is why I continue to do business with Kuni and will continue to do so. INTERITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. From the guys in the shop, to my Service Advisor Brooke Wiggins, to my Client Advisor Steve Cho, to the General Sales Manager Lee MacLean. Seven years and nearly 110,000 miles later, I still love my 135i and Kuni's service team and sales staff. Highly professional, they treat their clients like family as they provide excellent sales and service. The BMWs sell themselves; Kuni provides an ongoing relationship with you that is far more personal than any other mark or dealership I've ever seen. Kudos. More
First time visitor Bad service This is the worst place to get service at. I recently bought a 2008 bmw 528xi off an auction with a missing key and went to the kuni BMW Beaverton to get a new key witch I payed 205$ for then tried the key in my car and it wouldn't recognize it at all pretty much a blank key no Vin or anything to it. which was supposed to be programmed to my car right away no problems. But they start telling me to bring my car in that's the only way to see what's wrong but we all know it's the key problem not the car. But they still go on making things up. I came there with the car because I had appointment set up with them had to tow it there because the car doesn't recognize the key and would not start. So they told me it is the key problem When I brought the car but go no proof of paper work and sent me home telling me a new one will arrive in couple days on Monday while my car is still in their shop since last Thursday. So I arrive there on Monday morning with my mother in law and my son who had a fever. They start telling me that it's not the key problem anymore and might need some kind of part changed for the key to work witch I know is a lie and the key is just not programmed to my vin. So my car has been sitting there for almost 5 days and they haven't done a thing and haven't seen any diagnostics proof of paper work when they told me I need the car there and they will do so. But I think it doesn't not need a diagnostics but just needs the key programmed to the car which I don't see why they can't just do it already. Scammers. They also tried telling me that thief machines don't print out proof paper work of diagnostics I called a diff bmw dealer ship and was told they have too and that they do. I'm really mad and unpleased. Don't let them deceive you! God bless. They are like leeches blood xxxxxxx parasites!! More

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and sincere people. The first employee I encountered was Jeff Fisher who very helpful, explaining the process to me. We then shared our morning commute stories, he from Vancouver and me from Salem. He was the main person for the entire transaction. My vehicle was purchased with a fair price and I was provided a rental vehicle for my return trip to Salem. I was also very impressed with Melissa Larson who provided excellent information to me before I arrived and after I left the dealer. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

As a Single professional lady, I often panic when I would have to sit across Gary to learn the $ amount I would owe. Gary with his charm and calm demeanor, assured me each time I would be pleased and safe. Over the years, I grew to trust Gary and he would always make me feel right at home each visit.
