I've only had 3 or 4 visits to Kuni BMW since purchasing my car, but I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service I have received each visit. David Fernando was my tech on this visit and he delivered the exact BMW customer service experience that all BMW customers hope to receive. David was my very first tech when I brought my vehicle in for service two years ago and I hope he will always be available for me! More
Not very professional for a luxury establishment. Struggled with getting work promised taken care of. Hit a pothole late at night and blew out the right front tire on our X3. Called Kuni service next morning and was told to bring the vehicle in for an emergency tire repair. Did so and received immedia front tire on our X3. Called Kuni service next morning and was told to bring the vehicle in for an emergency tire repair. Did so and received immediate assistance. Kuni kept the X3 overnight as they had to order and replace the two front tires. Needed an alignment, oil change, and cabin air filters. All service was completed allowing for pick-up of the vehicle within 24 hours from the time we dropped it off. Excellent service and customer support. More
Worst service manager ( Jeff ) ever he was racist and unprofessional didn’t even understand what customer service is. Went in for service which was going to be no charge… and left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Pris left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Priscilla is always fantastic tho. Great communicator and seems to always be understanding. Was able to knock $400 the large repair cost. But still obviously very uneasy about the expense! Thankful for the loaner because we live out in the Clackamas area. More
