Dan Dailey - Exceptional Performance I have a 2017 X3 335i which has had a fault in the infotainment system. First service call, reprogrammed the unit to see if that would correct the iss I have a 2017 X3 335i which has had a fault in the infotainment system. First service call, reprogrammed the unit to see if that would correct the issues. Tried it for several months but continued to have problems. On this service call, it was decided to replace the head unit. All went well, but because the unit has a different satellite radio, my subscription wasn't working. After an hour or so on the phone with Sirius, I wasn't able to figure out the informations they needed. I reached out to my service advisor Dan Dailey and he quickly gave me a call back and walked me through the menu items I needed to use to access the radio info to pass along to Sirius. It was the end of the day for Dan, and he made a special effort to connect with me and give me the "walk through" over the phone on a Friday afternoon. Exceptional customer care again by Dan. He is the reason my wife and I purchase our BMW's from Kuni. More

They make sure you understand everything they are going to do to the car and what was found during the service. The waiting room is excellent (though the temperature was a tad on the chilly side), good snacks, coffee, water etc. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I've had many vehicles over the years from many different dealerships and I must say Kuni BMW stands far above the rest . More
