Bad service at BMW Kuni I have to say I had the worst experience at BMW Kuni Service department. Last month I had my car at there service department to get my oil change done I have to say I had the worst experience at BMW Kuni Service department. Last month I had my car at there service department to get my oil change done and they discovered oil leak, in stead to help me out with that repair, they told me because my factory warranty expired couple month ago that I had to contact BMW USA to ask if they would cover the repair. I didn't had time to do that so I decided to get it done at a different dealer, because they didn't seem to care anyways. so I got a survey to fill out and after I shared my frustration I got a phone call from Audrey the service writer telling me that the will fix the oil leak (which I fixed) and the water leak on my car. she asked to bring in the next day, which I did. she called me couple hours later telling that my Vapor barriers are leaking and that my car was in the accident and there has been body work on my car and that they will not cover it. I was shocked and was speechless. I checked my documents and Carfax and called her back. I felt so bad how she talked about my car. my car has been serviced since day one at BMW and never been in accident. So she told me that my car was torn a part and the repair would cost $2000 to fix and they wouldn't cover that because my car had previous body work, what does the body work on the panel has to do with the Vapor barriers???? I read online and BMW 3 series are known to leak on the Vapor Barriers. I was not getting a straight answer from her and she told me that her service manager was going to call me. One hour later I received a call from him all he said during the whole conversation how bad my car is and how happy I should be that they looked at my car. I don't know if that is a sales tactic to make a person fell like xxxx, but that worked. He never mentioned once to help me out on that. all the wants to have me come in and drop of the loaner and Pick up my BOS car. I told him that I'm at work and that I don't have time to come in tonight. I bought in the last 7 years 5 BMW and I have to say that this will be my last one. I'm very disappointed with the way I got treated. I will make sure to tell friends and family how bad I got treated and your place. More

Prior to bring it in, the car had been totally dried out. They made the carpet wet again, trying to locate the intrusion. The service person I was working with wanted to charge me to dry it out. First problem is, they caused the problem and now wanted to charge me for it. What a scam. Second problem is, if the carpet had been wet, it costs very little to plug in a dehumidifier and leave it in the car or pull up that carpet and dry out. That should just be part of the taking care of the customer. I’d rather little things be taken care of than getting free food and drinks. I feel cheated. For as much as you pay for their cars and service, take care of people a little bit. Don’t try to scam them out of more money. Make them want to come back to you, that’s where you make money. I don’t want to ever go back. More

Fast and Friendly Over the Christmas holiday my X5 was leaking coolant, I call on for an appointment and got one for the 2nd of January. It drove great. They were able to fix my X5 the next day before noon. Manager even gave me 10% discount for being such loyal customer. More
