They didn’t give an estimate I was busy, so sent my wife to get my X3 serviced. The guy didn’t give her an estimate for the service that needed to be done. Since car has 5yrs of w I was busy, so sent my wife to get my X3 serviced. The guy didn’t give her an estimate for the service that needed to be done. Since car has 5yrs of warranty we assumed the service was free. But they said maintainence warranty is just for 4yrs. At least they should have given an estimate to my wife. Instead they just got her signature. Since my wife knows little about cars and services she didnt ask much. When I received the bill I realized what just happened. It was a rip off. Charged 3 times for a small job. More

Good service, consistently I've been using KUNI service for 10 years over 3 different BMWs. They're very solid; repairs are done right the first time, they keep you informed, an I've been using KUNI service for 10 years over 3 different BMWs. They're very solid; repairs are done right the first time, they keep you informed, and there's no pressure to fix "extra" stuff they find. It's expensive, but the loaner car program (for me) is super convenient and saves a lot of time. Since they've always been honest and thorough, I've continued to take my cars there. The one star off is only because sometimes they miss little details I ask them to check on. That could be because I drive 10 year old cars and they do almost all their service work on much newer vehicles. It's definitely not a big issue. More
