Phone calls were returned promptly.....until they found out that I was going to have my car fixed somewhere else that had the after market parts I needed. I would still recommend Kuni BMW. More

Great service visit I went in for new tires, and my service advisor let me know of a fuel pump recall they could take care of at the same time. Provide free shuttle service, Have computer system to store the car's maintenance history and previously recommended actions, and which ones are still outstanding, and which impact safety and require immediate attention. My old 2006 BMW's problem was that something was leaking. Their certified technician found 3 things leaking, the oil filter housing, the crankcase valve and the oil pan; the respective cost were $600, $900, $3,100. Since oil filter housing and the crankcase valve were the higher sources of leaks and not as expensive, they recommended to repair them first. When the car ready for pick up, they said everything was wiped clean now and no visible leaks, and told me to drive the car normally for one month and bring it back to check the oil pan. So I spent only $1,500 instead of $4,600 at a time, that made me a happy customer! More
Experience depends on Service advisor. I have been to this service center several times over the past 5 years. In my experience, this service center is mostly filled with service advisors w I have been to this service center several times over the past 5 years. In my experience, this service center is mostly filled with service advisors who have no motivation to help out the customer. But my service advisor this time, was really great. He was knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and even found out that one of my repairs was covered by BMW extended warranty for that particular issue. Saved me a little more than $1K. The previous time I was there, I had another service advisor, who reported the same fix and asked me to pay ~1K but I was in a hurry and that was going to be a one whole day fix. Glad I decided not to do the fix then. More

No dealership is perfect and I have had a bump or two with Kuni as well but keep coming back because they ultimately take care of me. The service performed yesterday was smooth, my car was done on time as promised. The only thing I would say for improvement on this last visit, tell the valet boys to back off a little on asking for customers license/insurance info for the loaner. As I was gathering my stuff from my car to put in the loaner, I think I was asked 4x for my insurance/license info. I told the kid after the first time I’d get it for him as soon as I removed what I wanted from my car. A little annoying. Otherwise, all was good with this experience. The service advisor was very attentive and thorough. No high pressure upselling. Good job, Dave! More
